Get an isolation note here from NHS 111, if required by your employer

I am in an ‘extremely vulnerable’ category
People in this category need to be taking ‘shielding’ measures, and will automatically receive a letter. You do not need a doctor’s note. There is more information here. If you have not received a letter by March 29 2020, and think you meet the criteria in the link, please contact your practice via an eConsult or, if not possible, by telephone.

i am worried about coronavirus exposure at work
Even for people not in the first three categories, the government have said that work should be at home wherever possible. However this will need to be discussed with your employer, and is at their discretion. We can’t give a note for this reason alone. More advice here.
